Messy Clay Day - 1hr Intro to the wheel
This monthly offering allows prospective students an opportunity to try the wheel without the pressure to commit to a four week course.
This one on one lesson is perfect for complete beginners who want to give the wheel a go. No experience necessary! Emily will guide you through the process of making a pot on the wheel from start to finish and then you will put what you’ve learned into practice.
There is no expectation to make anything during this session. The emphasis is on the learning experience and becoming familiar with working with clay on the wheel. It’s all about having a bit of fun and getting messy!
If you do make something and you would like to keep it there is the option to do so. Emily will finish the pot for you and email you when it’s ready for collection (usually within 2 - 4 weeks). Cost per pot is $10 and paid on the day of your session.
